Born in Savannah, Georgia, Reverend Frank Pinkney, Jr. enlisted in the United States Air Force following graduation from High School. After retiring from the Air Force in May 2000; he attended Boise State University located in Boise, Idaho where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree and after a small break he enrolled in the University of Phoenix where he graduated with a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Reverend Pinkney accepted Christ at an early age while attending St John Baptist Church “The Mighty Fortress” located in Savannah Georgia. Reverend Pinkney has served in various capacities such as Usher Boards, Choir President, Choir Member, Deacon Boards, Youth Ministry Leader, and Incirlik Christian Ministerial Alliance Member. In 1996 while stationed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

Reverend Pinkney accepted his call to the ministry and was licensed in March 1997 at the St Paul Baptist located in Boise, Idaho and was ordained in March 2000 at the Royal Missionary Baptist Church located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
